We are looking for a driven self-starter to join our team as a Talent Sourcer to take the lead in the research efforts and drive the candidate side of the process!

We are eager to have a motivated Talent Sourcer join our team at SANINC in Louisville, KY.

Day-to-Day:

  • Participate in intake meetings to understand role and candidate attributes.
  • Create and lead the sourcing strategy for each assigned search in partnership with hiring partners and recruiters.
  • Create talent pipelines using LinkedIn, online sourcing, internal databases, etc using advanced Boolean logic.
  • Develop market mastery and share market insights with internal partners.
  • Create and maintain an extensive database within assigned practice area.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with team members and hiring managers
